It is a natural extension of The Victorian, a Santa Monica based special event facility of ten years and the catering company, Duck Duck Mousse. Consistantly rated as one of Zagat’s Market Survey’s top caterers, Duck Duck Mousse has planned, organized and executed eclectic events for almost 20 years in the greater Los Angeles area. The Victorian Baker’s creations reflect our passion for unique flavors and extraordinary tastes, using only premium quality ingredients. Examples like Belgium chocolate, pure butter and freshly toasted nuts are examples that go into making our line of delicious treats. Cookies, cakes, muffins, scones, savories and other confections, are all prepared by hand in small batches for that down home touch. On line Victorian Baker specials, can be picked up with Phil’s Take Out dinner orders. In addition, a full line is available on Sunday mornings (9:00am-1:00pm.) at The Victorian during the Santa Monica Farmers Market. Additional retail and wholesale options are being developed. |
